AWS Recruitment works on a diverse mix of positions
within the not for profit sector. We are NOT a high
street agency but a specialist boutique consultancy
priding ourselves on customer service, integrity and
honesty. AWS is (to our knowledge) the only
recruitment consultancy In Scotland focusing
entirely on Charity Recruitment.
What type of positions do we work on?
Well here is just a flavor! (there is always a
mixture of full/part time) We do not deal with temporary
positions BUT we do deal with long term contract work,
long term sickness and maternity cover etc
Some
of the positions we have worked on include
- Administration (Fundraising, Supporter Care, Reception and PA)
- Fundraising (Corporate, Community, Major Giving and Management) A membership to the Institute of Fundraising is desirable
- Events (Operations, Co-ordinating, and Management)
- Project Management
- Volunteer Management & Co-ordination
- Business Development
- HR (Administration and Management) CIPD qualification desirable
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in one of the above fields in order to register and be put forward for a role - preferably in the not for profit sector.
